Russian - International Telephonic/Video Remote Interpreters

The role involves providing remote audio and video interpretation for Russian speakers using LSA's IRIS platform, utilizing advanced technology to facilitate communication.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Interpret through web-based system
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
• Assist clients with basic troubleshooting
• Provide superior customer service

Requirements

• Full fluency in both English and Russian
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Professional and positive phone manner
• Familiarity working in a Windows environment (preferred)
• Experience with VRI systems (preferred)
• PC Troubleshooting skills (preferred)
• Previous interpreting experience (preferred)

Additional Information

• Technical requirements include Windows 8.1 or higher or Mac OS X Yosemite or higher, specific hardware, high-speed internet, recommended webcams and headsets, backdrop and room illumination specifications.
