Integrated Hire is seeking a Sales & Account Manager to build relationships, close deals, and manage client accounts for a remote staffing solutions provider. The role involves sales, client success, and recruitment coordination, focusing on small and mid-sized U.S. businesses across various industries.
Location: Remote – Work from Anywhere
Salary: $65,000–$100,000+ OTE (Base + Commission)
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and consultation calls with inbound leads and take ownership of moving them to close
- Follow up consistently with inbound leads across multiple touchpoints (calls, email, LinkedIn) to move opportunities forward
- Proactively engage warm prospects and re-engage older leads as needed
- Maintain strong pipeline activity and ensure no opportunities stall or go cold
- Understand client needs and clearly communicate our value proposition
- Build credibility quickly by speaking the language of the client’s industry
- Send proposals, handle objections, and close new business
- Manage pipeline and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
- Gather feedback, resolve issues, and coordinate with the recruitment team as needed
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and updates in the CRM
- Translate client needs into clear, effective job descriptions
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates
- Communicate candidate updates, feedback, and interview scheduling with clients
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred)
- 5+ years experience working with U.S.-based clients and in the U.S. market
- Strong presence and confidence leading sales calls
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to sell services or solutions (consultative sales preferred)
- Highly organized with strong follow-through across multiple leads and clients
- Strong follow-up habits and comfort managing multiple active conversations (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over results
