Seeking a Sales and Lead Generation Specialist (Real Estate) to support a U.S.-based management and construction company specializing in self-storage and business park development. The role involves outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and collaboration with marketing and CRM teams.

Location: Remote | U.S. Business Hours (Central Time preferred)

Salary: $1,500 base pay, $2,000-$2,200 (on target total earnings)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach daily to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients and partners.
  • Research and identify potential clients, developers, and investors within the self-storage and business park industries.
  • Initiate first contact with prospects who have no prior relationship with the company.
  • Send follow-up emails and messages to support outreach efforts.
  • Execute structured phone campaigns (move-in specials, new openings, and promotions).
  • Maintain accurate lead lists and outreach records in the CRM.
  • Partner with the social media team to follow up on inbound leads from campaigns and ads.
  • Coordinate with the CRM manager to track progress and update lead statuses.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Client leadership.
  • Document all outreach activity and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Engage potential clients to understand their needs related to management, development, or consulting.
  • Qualify leads based on the Client’s service offerings.
  • Represent the Client professionally and uphold brand credibility in every interaction.
  • Track and report weekly metrics including outreach volume, responses, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine call scripts and targeting strategies.
  • Share feedback on market trends and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong English communication skills — confident, clear, and personable phone presence.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and relationship building.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple leads and projects.
  • Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and online research tools.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a professional and proactive approach.
