Sales Development Representative

Expedock is a tech-enabled workforce augmentation platform leveraging top offshore talent and technology to help businesses scale efficiently. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and grow their sales pipeline.
Location: Philippines
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective leads and generate new leads through cold calls and emails.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them based on fit and readiness.
- Work closely with sales and account teams to set up meetings and demos.
- Follow up with leads persistently and nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM, and report on key metrics.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and outreach.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English (C1).
- Client management experience is a plus.
