Sales Development Representative

This SDR role is a pure hunting role with the primary responsibility of driving pipeline creation and qualified sales opportunities (QSOs) across the ANZ region. It involves proactive outbound prospecting for new logo acquisition and qualification of inbound leads, working closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion into high-quality sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Work as an individual contributor dedicated to pipeline creation with specific targets.
- Qualify, develop, and mature marketing-supplied and self-created leads to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, and pipeline contribution.
- Qualify and pass sales leads from marketing campaigns through CRM system efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with sales teams including Channel, Commercial, and Enterprise Sales.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Partner with Marketing Managers for strategic campaigns.
- Use APJ SDR best practices for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations and IT to improve processes and systems.
- Gather feedback and participate in process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a Sales Development Role.
- Experience working in a channel-based company, understanding of the IT channel.
- High-volume outbound, telephone-based lead generation/sales experience.
- Experience with technical products in the hi-tech industry.
- Process-oriented in lead management.
- Ability to create urgency with prospects.

- Ability to present value-based messaging.
