Sales Development Representative - Freelance, Remote (PH)

We are building a dynamic talent pool of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across all experience levels to match with various client opportunities. As a freelance SDR, you’ll have the opportunity to work with clients targeting Spanish-speaking markets, driving outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments—all within a flexible work arrangement.

Location: Remote (PH)

Salary: Rate starts at $5 per hour, payment via Deel

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification for clients targeting Spanish-speaking markets.
• Set appointments and manage sales pipelines.
• Support inside, field, enterprise, and channel sales activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with outbound sales, sales development, business development, or sales support.
• Proven experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in managing client relationships.

• Candidates should have a computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, internet speed of at least 40MBPS, noise-canceling headset with mic, webcam, backup equipment, and a quiet workspace.
