The company is a fast-growing Australian cybersecurity firm seeking an Outbound SDR to manage the top of the funnel, targeting $500,000 ARR across Australia and New Zealand.
Location: Remote (Australia and New Zealand)
Responsibilities
- Own the top of the funnel for a cybersecurity company.
- Engage with senior decision-makers in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Qualify leads based on ICP criteria and avoid booking outside of it.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide weekly reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to cold call and engage senior decision-makers.
- Structured communicator who can clearly position value.
- Proficient with HubSpot, Aircall, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Precise qualifier who understands ICP criteria.
- Resilient under high-volume outbound activity.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-managed with reliable follow-through.
