Sales Development Representative | USA & Canada

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, and LinkedIn)
• Engage prospects live, lead discovery conversations, and book meetings that convert to opportunities
• Handle objections confidently and move conversations forward
• Build persona-based outreach approaches to improve response and meeting rates
• Track objections and market feedback, and recommend improvements to scripts, hooks, and messaging
• Maintain CRM hygiene: notes, stages, follow-ups, and activity tracking
• Follow up with discipline and speed to build momentum and credibility
• Partner with recruiting teammates to align client needs with talent pipelines
• Meet or exceed KPIs for calls, meetings booked, opportunities, and pipeline

Requirements

• Experience in an SDR/BDR, recruiter, account executive, or staffing sales role with outbound prospecting
• Proven success in high-volume cold calling environment
• Strong live objection-handling skills
• Track record of booking meetings and generating B2B opportunities
• Comfort engaging HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and decision-makers
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience using CRM and sales tools
• Ability to work independently remotely
