Sales Enablement Manager

Zayo is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance sales productivity, develop sales programs, and use data to support organizational success. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and strategic enablement efforts.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $87,600–$134,700 USD/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage and support segment specific sales playbook and other sales process content.
• Increase sales velocity through strategies, tools, training, and programs.
• Act as a key contributor in marketing and churn campaign teams to ensure sales engagement.
• Drive sales productivity increases through process improvements, tools, and coaching.
• Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, training, and product teams to determine best practices.
• Use performance data to identify skill gaps and implement enablement tools.
• Provide sales leadership coaching to improve performance and organizational alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience in Telecom or related industry preferred.
• Experience in go-to-market organization.
