Responsibilities
- Speak with individuals considering career change to digital skills.
- Help prospects make decision to purchase courses.
- Manage entire sales process from initial call to payment.
- Work with inbound, outbound, and own pipeline.
- Manage pace of sales activities.
- Handle objections related to price, time, trust, and competition.
- Drive decision-making process actively.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in B2C sales with target responsibility.
- Experience selling education or services involving customer deliberation.
- Proven results with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and maintain pace.
- Understanding of Czech customer mindset.
- Ability to sell value, not price.
- Handle objections as opportunities.
