Responsibilities

  • Speak with individuals considering career change to digital skills.
  • Help prospects make decision to purchase courses.
  • Manage entire sales process from initial call to payment.
  • Work with inbound, outbound, and own pipeline.
  • Manage pace of sales activities.
  • Handle objections related to price, time, trust, and competition.
  • Drive decision-making process actively.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in B2C sales with target responsibility.
  • Experience selling education or services involving customer deliberation.
  • Proven results with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain pace.
  • Understanding of Czech customer mindset.
  • Ability to sell value, not price.
  • Handle objections as opportunities.
