Salesforce Administrator, Experience Cloud

The role is for a Salesforce Administrator specializing in Experience Cloud and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) at Braze, a customer engagement platform company. The position involves managing Salesforce solutions that support partner-facing experiences and internal operations, with a focus on platform configuration, governance, and automation.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: CAD 82,300-CAD 124,000

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and administration of the Braze PRM tool supporting the Partnerships team.
• Optimize portal performance, scalability, adoption, and usability for partners.
• Design and implement secure integrations between the Braze PRM and other platforms, including Salesforce products.
• Apply Salesforce security best practices for external identities, API access, and data management.
• Manage and optimize the core Salesforce Platform, including security controls, permission sets, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• Design and document scalable role hierarchies and sharing models for data access.
• Implement and maintain platform automation using declarative configuration and light customization.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements and support platform and Community features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, focusing on Experience Cloud / PRM and core platform management.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Communities / PRM, including site configuration, branding, component/page management, security, and data visibility for external users.
• Experience with Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) is highly desired.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce platform configuration, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access models.
• Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Approval Processes.
• Experience with customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce (nice to have).
• Familiarity with identity and access management solutions such as SSO, OAuth, and third-party identity providers.
• Ability to take ownership of complex platform initiatives and drive them to completion.
• Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional, Agile environments.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Experience Cloud Consultant and/or Advanced Administrator Certification highly desired.

Additional Information

• The pay range for Ontario-based candidates is CA$82,300 - CA$124,000/year, with an OTE of CA$95,000 - CA$142,000/year including performance-based compensation.
