Clark is a leading InsurTech company in Europe, backed by major investors, focused on providing innovative insurance solutions through technology and human expertise. They are hiring a Salesforce Developer to enhance their CRM ecosystem and support cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote (EU)

Salary: €60,000–€72,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions within Salesforce to meet project objectives and business goals.
• Oversee daily support, maintenance, and long-term improvement of the Salesforce instance.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and internal departments to ensure cohesive project strategies.
• Provide system administration support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement changes to optimize functionality and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with 3-4 years in Salesforce application development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Salesforce customizations, configurations, Flows, Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Experience with tools like Apex Data Loader, Workbench, and development/deployment tools like Visual Studio Code.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD-driven development and deployment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Salesforce Developer certifications are highly desirable.

Additional Information

• The position is compensated according to the internal pay structure, with a gross annual salary between €60,000 and €72,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
