Salesforce Engineer Manager

The Salesforce Engineer Manager role involves crafting innovative solutions for clients, leading technical projects, and ensuring high-quality deployment of Salesforce-based systems. The position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce development, cloud platforms, and client communication.

Salary: $123,840–$234,770

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Identify technical solutions and discuss with clients
• Create technical solutions based on best practices
• Collaborate with team to design, develop, and maintain systems
• Determine and coordinate time estimates and priorities
• Troubleshoot/reproduce bugs and errors, execute test cases, including regression testing
• Communicate issues and updates to stakeholders and clients
• Document and communicate estimated timeframes and scope for fixes
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and meet deadlines
• Develop and maintain knowledge of deployment and version control methodologies
• Help manage and contribute to internal applications
• Communicate with engineering leadership on demo and client setup time
• Set up templated applications from AppExchange with clients
• Work with sales team to design demos and implement environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 7 years work experience, with prior consulting experience desired
• 3-7 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer (Dev 201)
• Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer preferred
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Heroku, MongoDB, Google Firebase
• Experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, UI/UX design
• Analytical capabilities with attention to detail
• Desire to learn new systems and solutions
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google apps
• Ability to travel as needed
