Scrum Master

Ben Fatto is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile teams working on large-scale, web-based software in an international environment. The role involves team facilitation, process improvement, reporting, and promoting team development.

Responsibilities

• Set up and facilitate all Scrum team ceremonies.
• Track progress of activities in daily meetings.
• Operate on team impediments to maintain high productivity.
• Evaluate process improvement opportunities based on experience, team suggestions, and sprint retrospectives outcomes.
• Report delivery results, quality, deadlines, and costs to client management through indicators and graphics.
• Ensure the scope defined by the Product Owner is delivered with high quality.
• Promote the development of team members.
• Maintain a collaborative spirit and mediate conflict situations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Experience managing software development teams with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale and web-based software.

Additional Information

• Requires experience leading remote groups.
• Experience applying and monitoring metrics for team evolution (burndown, velocity, lead time, cycle time).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to adapt them.
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM I or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand cultural differences and work flexibly across time zones.
• Fluent English required.
