Security Officer

Buckeye is a global infrastructure and logistics provider for energy, focusing on safe, responsible, and diversified energy solutions, including decarbonization efforts. They seek a Security Officer to enforce security protocols at their Bahamas facility.

Location: Bahamas

Responsibilities

• Ensure ISPS security procedures are enforced and recommend improvements.
• Perform routine security patrols.
• Maintain detailed activity logs.
• Control access to security areas and verify personnel identification.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV).
• Manage materials entering and exiting the facility with proper documentation.
• Control vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
• Recognize and correct safety breaches.
• Report security breaches and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain communication with security team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Related security experience.
• Understanding of security procedures and ISPS regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
