Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Security Operations (SOC) role
• Experience with security information and event management, endpoint detection and response, network detection and response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, security awareness, data loss prevention, firewalls, and email security at the enterprise level
• Strong customer service skills and ability to explain complex technical subjects to internal customers
• Proficient in spoken and written English
