DaCodes, a company with 10 years of experience in software and digital transformation, is seeking a Salesforce Developer with Service Cloud expertise to join their multidisciplinary team. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise solutions within Salesforce, collaborating in agile environments, and working on innovative projects for clients in LATAM and the US.
Location: Remote (Mexico)
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform, mainly in Service Cloud.
- Participate in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements.
- Develop custom components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Build and maintain triggers, test classes, validation rules, and automations.
- Implement and support flows in Process Builder and optimize existing configurations.
- Collaborate on integrations via REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Assist in generating reports, exports, and PDFs from Visualforce.
- Perform unit testing and support quality assurance activities.
- Work under agile methodologies like SCRUM with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in code reviews, continuous improvements, and process optimization within the platform.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of Force.com, Apex, SOQL, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Basic/intermediate experience with Lightning Components and Aura.
- Knowledge of automation and process modeling in Salesforce.
- Experience using tools like Apex Data Loader and development environments.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP service integration.
- Previous experience in Java or .NET development (desirable).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like SCRUM.
- Analytical skills, teamwork, and problem-solving orientation.
- Communication and collaboration skills with technical and functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (desirable, not mandatory).
- Intermediate English (technical reading and basic/intermediate conversation).
- Availability to work remotely within Mexico.
