The company is building a modern B2B SaaS business in WaterTech and infrastructure, focusing on digital solutions for sustainable rainwater management. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing the entire sales process, and contributing to the growth and scaling of sales in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to €100,000 OTE depending on experience and responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Win new B2B customers in the Mid-Market and Enterprise environment and develop existing accounts strategically.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from outbound outreach to closing.
  • Identify and develop strategic target customers, build sustainable partnerships, and position as a reliable contact.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to generate qualified leads, incorporate customer feedback, and sharpen market approach.
  • Develop sales strategies, KPIs, and go-to-market structures, and implement measures for scaling.
  • Support the building of a growing sales team and take initial responsibility in structuring and managing sales activities.
  • Use modern sales tools (Hubspot, Apollo, Clay, etc.) and data-driven approaches to optimize pipeline, performance, and closing rates.
  • Report directly to sales leadership, ensure transparency in the pipeline, and provide forecasts for strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales as an Account Executive, Senior AE, or similar role.
  • Proven success in building and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Experience in selling digital products or SaaS solutions, ideally with exposure to WaterTech, infrastructure, smart city, or ESG topics.
  • Existing network or ability to quickly access new target customers in the relevant B2B environment.
  • Structured working style aligned with modern sales processes, with a strong understanding of pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, or similar CRM and outbound tools.
  • Experience in building new markets, regions, or sales structures, comfortable in dynamic environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on work ethic, and responsibility for results.
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills, high self-motivation, and confident demeanor across all levels.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
