Responsibilities

• Architect the hybrid neurosymbolic AI platform integrating large language models with symbolic, constraint-based engines.
• Set technical standards for AI implementation across the engineering organization, ensuring consistency, performance, and reliability.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and integrate state-of-the-art AI models, workflows, and infrastructures into the platform.
• Serve as the ultimate technical authority for complex AI engineering challenges.

Requirements

• 15+ years of deep engineering experience with a track record of building and transforming advanced software platforms.
• Significant engineering tenure at a top-tier technology organization (e.g., FAANG, Uber, Slack, Snowflake, Stripe, Datadog).
• Proven leadership in AI/ML systems at scale, with experience as a principal or lead architect.
• Deep familiarity with large language models, embeddings, vector databases, and symbolic AI.
