Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director (Full Remote Worldwide)

EverAI is building the future of AI companionship with a large user base and innovative products, including a proprietary moderation system called EverGuard. The company is focused on creating safe, ethical, and human-first AI experiences and is experiencing exponential growth.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes per series, ~1 min per episode + a trailer)
• Work with AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode; create scripts and craft storytelling
• Learn AI content creation, especially if experienced in film editing
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, other directors, and executive team

Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, escalation
• Experience with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, Seedance
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
