Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Remote, With Occasional Travel

Responsibilities

• Own and update financial models for sites and corporate-wide operations, incorporating actuals and forecast changes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into business operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Collaborate on the monthly close process to ensure proper expense accounting and identify deviations from budgets.
• Prepare reporting packages and presentation materials for leadership and board.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, banking, or transaction services.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience building complex models.
• Hypothesis-driven problem solver with strong time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret findings and communicate insights.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments; startup experience is a plus.
• Experience with programming in Python is a plus.
• Interest in AI's evolving role in FP&A processes.
• Comfort developing systems and processes from scratch.
