Salary: $78,800 - $131,300 (base pay range, US National)
Responsibilities
- Analysis of call detail record data to provide insight
- Conduct GIS analysis using TraX Solutions to produce maps, charts, graphs and reports
- Provide hands-on case and analytical assistance during training
- Review peer cases for insight and evaluation
- Communicate complex processes simply
- Prepare for training classes and test training software
- Drive engagement with training attendees
- Support product understanding and implementation with sales team
- Learn and apply industry-standard analytic software tools at an expert level
- Maintain positive customer relationships through detailed data analysis
- Operate professionally and effectively across diverse teams
- Work cooperatively within and outside the team
- Identify key trends and assist in process improvement
- Execute special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, mathematics or related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in call detail record data analysis, law enforcement background preferred
- Competence in applying logic to problems and research
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience managing large customer-facing solutions
- Self-motivated and dynamic
- Proficient in Word, Access, Excel, Visio
- Experience with i2 Analyst Notebook, Google Earth Pro, ESRI a plus
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Preferred experience with LexisNexis and TraX solutions
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to travel 50%
- Physical and logical access to criminal justice information, pass background checks, and CJIS compliance required
