Requirements

- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and requirements gathering
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
