Senior Data Analytics Developer

This role involves analyzing and connecting data from multiple systems to build reports and dashboards that support customer reporting and business decisions. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot data issues, and communicate insights to drive data-informed strategies.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 plus annual bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, development, and implementation of customer reporting and business intelligence solutions.
• Partners with business units, I/S, and external customers to deliver data reporting solutions, ensuring data access and quality.
• Understands and influences data management processes, including data feeds, extraction, and compliance.
• Designs, builds, and maintains complex reporting systems across multiple environments.
• Provides governance and leadership through data quality standards, process improvements, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of reporting and SQL experience.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL Server, SAS, Oracle EPM, Excel, Business Objects.
• Experience in data modeling, transformations, and metric development.
• Understanding of data environments like Teradata, Snowflake, MongoDB.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards, partner with stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work remotely within the US or Puerto Rico.
