Senior DevOps Engineer

Miaplaza is dedicated to making education engaging and accessible through innovative online learning platforms, developing technology to support personalized learning experiences. They are scaling and seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to ensure infrastructure efficiency, security, and reliability.

Location: Remote (with significant crossover with CET)

Salary: €80,000–€110,000

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure focusing on scalability, performance, and security
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software development and deployment
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment
• Monitor system performance and security, responding proactively to incidents and optimizing resource utilisation
• Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters, containerised applications, and microservices architecture
• Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and uptime
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with security standards and implement best access control and data protection practices
• Research and introduce new DevOps tools and methodologies to enhance system reliability and developer productivity
