Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Resultant, responsible for providing financial insights, managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Own all reporting requirements, including monthly investor reports, financial leadership reporting, bank covenants, and ad-hoc requests
• Drive a rigorous budget and rolling forecast process, collaborating with delivery, sales, and operations teams
• Use data from variances analysis, reports, and forecasts to advise management on performance, risks, and opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and department leaders
• Develop systematic reporting to streamline processes
• Manage, develop, and mentor a junior FP&A resource
• Engage in special projects related to ROI, process, and system improvements

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, with 2–5 years in leadership
• Prior experience in a private equity-backed environment
• Experience in M&A
• Experience in a Professional or Managed Services organization
• Strong project management skills
• Proven experience scaling FP&A functions
• Expertise in Anaplan and Tableau (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
