Senior Finance & Strategy Analyst

A Sr. Finance & Strategy Analyst role at a leading fitness technology company using AI and machine learning to provide personalized workout experiences. The position involves finance, people operations, and strategic projects, reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Leading traditional FP&A tasks such as budget tracking, variance analysis, and managing relationships with outsourced accounting and tax teams.
• Managing essential systems (Carta, Justworks), overseeing new hire procedures, and benchmarking compensation.
• Partnering on corporate development initiatives, including quantifying new product launches, retention strategies, and the rollout of an e-commerce platform.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Strategic Finance.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for high-impact business decisions.
• Based in the United States.
