Senior Functional Leader, Onsite Services Dispatch

The ISM Functional Leader – Onsite Services Dispatch is responsible for defining and implementing the future-state vision for field resource dispatch and mobilization within GE Vernova's digital transformation program, leading the design and deployment of a standardized, system-driven dispatch model.

Location: Remote

Salary: Between $104,200 and $173,700 USD (geographic differential may apply)

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise strategy for field resource dispatch and mobilization.
• Drive global standardization across Field Services, Craft, and Onsite Services, establishing an integrated operating model.
• Own the functional roadmap for Field Services fulfillment, enabling seamless integration and automation of dispatch decisions.
• Serve as the primary functional partner to IT for solution design and delivery.
• Drive adoption of a system-driven dispatch model, replacing manual processes.
• Establish governance and build organizational capability for data-driven dispatch decisions.
• Own functional accountability for legacy dispatch tools and support transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• 7+ years of experience supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Field Services, or Regional Operations.
