Sport Alliance is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Engineering & Product to act as a strategic partner in a high-speed, AI-driven environment, focusing on workforce evolution, performance management, and organizational transformation.

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 23,000 – PLN 28,000 gross per month

Responsibilities

Defining & Managing Performance: Own the evolution of performance management frameworks, set accountability standards, and design impact measurement systems.
Workforce Evolution & AI Integration: Guide the business through AI transformation, redefine roles and workflows, and manage the transition as automation and AI change daily work.
Complex Project Leadership: Lead high-stakes organizational projects, drive structural realignments, and implement new professional standards.
Strategic Matrix Sparring: Provide strategic support within a cross-location, cross-functional matrix, ensuring standards and local dynamics are balanced, and challenge the status quo.
Data-Driven Diagnostics: Use people analytics to identify trends, optimize performance cycles, and support talent decisions.

Requirements

Extensive experience as an HRBP in high-dynamic tech environments, with a background in management or HR consulting being advantageous.
Proven track record in designing and managing performance frameworks for Engineering and Product organizations.
Experience in workforce transformation and evolving roles in response to technological shifts like AI.
Structured, hands-on project management skills, capable of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in working within cross-location structures, managing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Fluent in English with the confidence to influence and challenge at the Director and VP level.
