Senior HRIS Analyst

The Senior HRIS Analyst supports Prime's HR information systems by providing technical support, analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions for HR systems such as Workday.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $81,000–$138,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Analyze, recommend, design, configure, test, and implement complex new functional and break/fix solutions for HR products (e.g., payroll, benefits, compensation).
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as the HRIS application owner.
• Maintain knowledge of new features and functionality within Prime's HR systems and partner with Product Owners.
• Provide consultation and technical support to other HRIS Analysts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED.
• 5 years supporting HR information systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, Ultipro).
• At least 2 years of experience with Workday configuration.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
