Senior HRIS Analyst

The Senior HRIS Analyst is a key member of S&C’s HR Technology team, responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and maintaining HR information systems, and supporting HR data management and process improvements. The role involves project management, system testing, report writing, and collaboration with HR stakeholders to optimize HR technology solutions.

Location: Remote

Salary: $87,990–$116,578 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Manage projects and facilitate change management to improve quality.
• Build project plans, monitor schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and peers to achieve project goals.
• Recommend process improvements, policy changes, and innovative solutions.
• Perform system maintenance, testing, and upgrades.
• Support HRIS troubleshooting, data analysis, and report generation.
• Develop user procedures, conduct training, and support end-users.
• Stay updated on HR technology trends and apply new tools and techniques.
• Monitor HRIS integrations and ensure data security and integrity.
• Participate in user group meetings and conferences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in HRM software such as Oracle HCM, iCIMS, Workday HCM.
• Knowledge of database management, SQL queries, and Oracle HCM fast formula and OTBI report writing.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience with employee data processes in HR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
