Senior Lead Business Analyst (Revenue), Commercial Strategy (Remote, US)

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Business Analyst to develop business insights, drive commercial strategies, and support sales growth across various segments. The role requires strategic thinking, data analytics, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $105,786 - $155,152 (varies by state)

Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex information into clear insights and executive-ready materials.
• Lead analyses on funnel health, conversion, coverage, productivity, and program effectiveness.
• Manage high-visibility initiatives with disciplined project management.
• Influence decisions at the Senior Leadership Team level and motivate field action.
• Ensure timely and complete delivery of all project deliverables.
• Track and measure results against KPIs for growth.
• Collaborate across teams to align programs with sales and support methodologies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing data-backed perspectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, telecommunications, sales, customer success, corporate strategy, or product.
• Proven success in building and running commercial programs.
• Strong data analytics skills with a demonstrated track record.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Ability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lumen’s systems, tools, and processes.
• Nice to have: data science background and tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI, etc.).
