ReversingLabs is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead and evolve its business development team, focusing on pipeline generation, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategies in the cybersecurity industry.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $148,000 – $158,000 plus performance-based bonus or commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Business Development team (SDR/ISR).
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation strategy, ensuring delivery of high-quality opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching, career development, and performance management.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure team performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to design and execute campaigns, territory plans, and strategic initiatives.
  • Refine business development processes, qualification methodologies, and outreach strategies.
  • Guide the team in leveraging prospecting techniques and articulating the company's value proposition.
  • Ensure pipeline coverage aligns with revenue targets and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and enablement efforts for business development talent.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Participate in QBRs, Sales Kickoffs, and leadership forums.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales, including team leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technical industry (preferred).
  • Proven success in building and scaling pipeline generation in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Experience owning and evolving business development strategy.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Deep understanding of inbound and outbound strategies and prospecting tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for technology and curiosity about cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on, player-coach mentality with focus on continuous improvement.
