Senior Manager, Customer Enablement

CaptivateIQ is expanding its platform to solve broader sales planning challenges and is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Enablement to lead this transformation. The role involves reimagining customer enablement in an AI-forward world, building infrastructure, capabilities, and a team to support this vision.

Location: Remote

Salary: $141k–$200k

Responsibilities

  • Build an AI-Native Education Engine to enable customers effectively using AI-powered delivery, adaptive content, and contextual help.
  • Map the customer journey, identify friction points, and embed guidance and AI-assisted help into the product.
  • Surface enablement data and customer friction patterns to inform product development.
  • Manage and develop a team across content, learning experience design, training delivery, and knowledge management.
  • Define success metrics such as product adoption, feature utilization, time-to-value, support deflection, and retention influence, and build feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer education, enablement, or learning within B2B SaaS with team leadership experience.
  • Experience leading transformation from traditional to embedded, responsive enablement models.
  • AI fluency with experience integrating AI tools into content creation, delivery, or personalization workflows.
  • Customer-outcome orientation focusing on adoption, time-to-value, and independence.
  • Operational rigor in content operation, measurement, and strategic shift.
  • Strong technical aptitude in data modeling, workflow automation, and complex domains.
  • Data-informed decision making with metrics and business outcome focus.
  • Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
