Senior Manager, Operations

Clarify is an AI‑first healthcare technology company undergoing a commercial transformation, seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to drive AI-enabled workflows, support commercial and marketing operations, and coordinate strategic initiatives.

Salary: $125k–$145k

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy AI‑powered workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams.
• Identify manual processes for automation using AI tools, no‑code platforms, or scripts.
• Train teams on AI adoption and create documentation and best practices.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and recommend tools or workflows.
• Own Salesforce hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility for high‑value deals.
• Build and maintain dashboards, workflows, and templates for commercial execution.
• Support deal operations and cross‑functional inputs for pricing, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
• Support marketing automation hygiene, segmentation, campaign tracking, and digital operations.
• Prepare Board materials, leadership updates, and quarterly reviews.
• Track and close action items from meetings, manage cross‑functional initiatives, and document decisions.
• Partner with FP&A on financial planning, pipeline-to-revenue reconciliation, and deal economics modeling.
• Maintain SFDC as a source of truth for revenue reporting.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in operations, strategy, consulting, BizOps, or Chief of Staff‑adjacent roles.
• Demonstrated AI‑native workflow with daily use of AI tools.
• Strong analytical and technical fluency; quick learner of new systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce polished, executive‑ready work.
• Strong written communication and synthesis skills.
• Ability to influence cross‑functionally without authority.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and high‑velocity environments.
