Senior Manager, Private Equity and Principal Investors - United States

dss+ is a leading operations management consulting firm offering advisory and implementation services in Operational Risk, Operational Excellence, and Sustainability, with a focus on private equity clients in North America. The role involves delivering value through operational and ESG advisory, primarily in pre- and post-acquisition phases.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance relationships with private equity clients, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
• Support the expansion of dss+'s value proposition to PE clients and assist in bringing in new business.
• Lead the delivery of operations consulting across private equity-backed firms through post-merger integration and due diligence.
• Participate in industry networks to develop and share best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues.
• Create awareness and pull for PE-focused propositions within the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge (+15 years) of delivering consulting projects in a top-tier strategy & operations management consulting firm.
• Excellent communication skills at senior executive/board level.
• Successful track record of leading teams and delivering major transformational assignments, including operational risk and sustainability.
• Experience in internal operations and consulting is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under uncertainty and tight deadlines.
• Persuasive communicator and stakeholder manager at the executive level.
• Graduate in Engineering or Business Administration with MBA.
