Senior Procurement Consultant

Commerce Decisions, part of Harris, specializes in SaaS and consultancy for procurement, supporting complex procurement projects globally with their flagship product AWARD.

Location: Remote (UK)

Responsibilities

• Support delivery across the breadth of Professional Services products, ensuring outputs are defensible, auditable, and aligned to client objectives.
• Manage client engagements, acting as Lead Consultant to deliver effective support and value for money, while controlling risks.
• Work with the Sales Team to position, develop, and win new business, including identifying leads and developing propositions.
• Participate in quality management and peer review processes.
• Configure and review AWARD® to support software delivery and client use.
• Promote products and services through webinars, events, social media, public speaking, and white papers.
• Support VP PS in improving delivery of Professional Services, including using AI.

Requirements

• Eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) Clearance
• Proven experience delivering software-led consultancy, ideally within the public sector
• Experience managing and building strong client relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage and deliver small projects effectively
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated working style
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications
• University degree (or equivalent experience)
