Senior Product Counsel - Fully Remote (USA) (957-SLS)

Join a mission-driven, fast-growing private cloud company as a Senior Product Counsel, supporting product and engineering teams with legal expertise across the product lifecycle. Advise on AI/ML, data privacy, IP, and open-source issues.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $250,000–$275,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Support product and engineering teams with legal expertise across the product lifecycle.
• Advise on AI/ML, data privacy, IP, and open-source issues.

Requirements

• Law degree
• Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. state
• 4-8 years of experience practicing in a combination of Big Law and in-house at a tech company
• Strong product counseling experience
• Strong command of AI/ML issues, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), open-source licensing, and IP
• Excellent judgment
• Business oriented
• Strong communicator and collaborator
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
