Senior Product Manager

Rithum is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key product area within its commerce platform, leveraging AI to shape the future of e-commerce for major retailers and brands.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $120,000-$195,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus of 10% of the annual base salary

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision for the eCommerce platform, utilizing AI-first approaches.
• Use AI tools to synthesize qualitative inputs for product strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve processes and align client needs.
• Prioritize roadmap decisions using AI-assisted insights.
• Prototype and validate product concepts with AI tools.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Use AI to accelerate product documentation workflows.
• Track development progress and manage product release cycles.
• Advocate for clients and build trust-based relationships.
• Lead and influence stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to align on strategies.
• Leverage AI for data exploration and evidence-based decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS with complex enterprise products.
• Experience with AI-powered products, workflows, or data platforms.
• Strong experience with full product lifecycle, goal setting, and impact measurement.
• Experience managing strategy and execution for integrated software ecosystems.
• Proven ability to support team projects and ensure alignment.
• Experience using AI tools for qualitative research synthesis.
• Prototyping product concepts with AI tools.
• Using AI to accelerate documentation workflows.
• Comfort with AI-assisted data exploration and analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
