Senior Product Manager, Gift Cart

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that helps nonprofits increase donations through innovative, accessible technology. They serve major NGOs and operate a complex product ecosystem including checkout experiences, portals, and internal tools.

Location: Cyprus, Remote (CET)

Salary: €5,900 - €6,500

Responsibilities

• Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a roadmap with clear priorities.
• Communicate with customers and analyze data to find growth opportunities.
• Write specifications for engineering teams with detailed requirements.
• Take features from idea to launch, collaborating with design and engineering.
• Track product health and growth metrics such as conversion and average gift size.
• Prepare Customer Success Managers and Sales teams for product launches.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and plans.

Requirements

• Experience owning a product area end-to-end.
• Ability to build a 12–24 month strategy and roadmap.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to write clear specifications for engineers.
• Systems thinker with understanding of dependencies.
• Strong UX sensibility.
• Comfortable working across functions like design, engineering, analytics, and business.
• Active use of AI in work and understanding of its value.
