Senior Project Manager - Clinical Trials

Seeking an experienced full service Project Manager with oncology clinical trial expertise to oversee global/regional Phase I-IV trials within a CRO setting, ensuring project delivery, scope, timelines, and quality.
Location: Hungary
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical projects independently within budget and scope.
- Serve as primary client liaison and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with project team and senior management, including C-level stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of clinical research trials across functional areas.
- Prepare project status updates and identify key performance metrics.
- Contribute to efficient trial management as a project team member.
- Review protocols, study documentation, and budgets.
Requirements
- Degree or related life science qualification or equivalent.
- 5-7 years industry experience, with at least 4 years in full service clinical trial project management within a CRO.
- Experience managing oncology studies.
- Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, and clinical trial software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).
- Ability to develop positive working relationships.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
