Senior Project Manager - Clinical Trials

Seeking an experienced full service Project Manager with oncology clinical trial expertise to oversee global/regional Phase I-IV trials within a CRO setting, ensuring project delivery, scope, timelines, and quality.

Location: Hungary

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical projects independently within budget and scope.
• Serve as primary client liaison and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with project team and senior management, including C-level stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of clinical research trials across functional areas.
• Prepare project status updates and identify key performance metrics.
• Contribute to efficient trial management as a project team member.
• Review protocols, study documentation, and budgets.

Requirements

• Degree or related life science qualification or equivalent.
• 5-7 years industry experience, with at least 4 years in full service clinical trial project management within a CRO.
• Experience managing oncology studies.
• Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, and clinical trial software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).
• Ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
