Senior Project Manager - Clinical Trials

A senior project management role in clinical trials, focusing on oncology, within a CRO setting. Responsible for overseeing full service clinical projects from proposal to completion, managing client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Location: Poland

Salary: 350,200 PLN to 525,200 PLN gross per annum

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical projects independently within budget and scope.
• Serve as primary client liaison and participate in proposal activities.
• Coordinate with project team and senior management, including C-level.
• Manage all aspects of clinical research trials across functional areas.
• Prepare project status updates and performance metrics.
• Contribute to efficient trial management as part of the project team.
• Review protocols, study documentation, and budgets.

Requirements

• Degree or related life science qualification or equivalent.
• 5-7 years industry experience, with at least 4 years in full service clinical project management within a CRO.
• Experience managing oncology studies.
• Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, and clinical trial software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).
• Ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
