The role involves creating and maintaining client Pharmacovigilance System Master Files (PSMF) in compliance with global regulations, working closely with clients and internal teams.
Location: Spain
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage PSMF for clients.
- Author, revise, and perform quality checks on PSMF.
- Track PSMF activities.
- Attend regular PSMF meetings with internal employees and clients.
- Take responsibility in audits/inspections related to PSMF.
- Revise and update PSMF related quality documents.
Requirements
- Degree qualification preferred, ideally in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related fields.
- Organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Management skills, including time and issue management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience with Pharmacovigilance.
- Previous experience with PSMF creation.
