Senior Psmf Officer

The role involves creating and maintaining client Pharmacovigilance System Master Files (PSMF) in compliance with global regulations, working closely with clients and internal teams.

Location: Spain

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage PSMF for clients.
• Author, revise, and perform quality checks on PSMF.
• Track PSMF activities.
• Attend regular PSMF meetings with internal employees and clients.
• Take responsibility in audits/inspections related to PSMF.
• Revise and update PSMF related quality documents.

Requirements

• Degree qualification preferred, ideally in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related fields.
• Organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Management skills, including time and issue management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience with Pharmacovigilance.
• Previous experience with PSMF creation.
