Location: Porto Alegre, Brazil

Salary: $45,000–$65,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Design and grow automated test coverage using Cypress.
• Own the bug triage and fix process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, identify risks, and define quality standards.
• Identify gaps in quality processes and implement improvements.
• Conduct exploratory testing on web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

• Experience using AI tools like Claude Code for testing and automation.
• Strong automation-first mindset, building test infrastructure that lasts.
• Customer-focused approach to quality assurance.
• Adaptability to evolving tools, stacks, and processes.
• Collaborative working style across Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations.
• Technical proficiency in reading and writing code, testing web services, SQL, and debugging.
