Responsibilities

• Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry-specific clients.
• Lead client relationships on tax matters for middle market to multinational clients.
• Consult on corporate and flow-through taxation, accounting methods, and ASC740.
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex tax issues.
• Manage client engagement staffing, billings, collections, and ensure profitability.
• Network and build relationships to acquire new clients and projects.
• Support team development and participate in firm-wide learning programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, or related business field.
• CPA or JD required.
• 8+ years of experience in federal tax compliance and consulting.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience mentoring associates.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and provide exceptional client service.
• Proficiency in software and Microsoft Suite.
