Senior Technical Product Manager responsible for designing and scaling internal tools and platforms at Aledade, focusing on Practice Nexus and Cloud Couch initiatives to support healthcare practices.
Location: Remote (US)
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Practice Nexus/MyPractice, including practice configuration, program and services enablement, eligibility and enrollment workflows, and EHR overlay activation and reporting.
- Partner with business owners to define the problem space, constraints, success metrics, and ideal end state, and advocate for that vision across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize live workflows through monitoring of key metrics, qualitative feedback, and structured experimentation.
- Lead the product strategy and implementation for Cloud Couch, designing an end-to-end experience that connects support, configuration, and data flows between Cloud Couch and internal platforms.
- Collaborate with Support, Operations, Engineering, and Analytics to define implementation workflows, user journeys, and data models.
- Ensure Cloud Couch configuration, integrations, and business processes can scale across multiple domains, programs, and user types.
- Work with internal teams and end users to develop understanding of requirements, workflows, and pain points.
- Translate discovery into problem statements, solution hypotheses, and MVPs.
- Write detailed user stories with business rationale, requirements, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Develop roadmaps, partner with tech leads, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Define and track success metrics, collaborate with BI/Analytics, and ensure high-quality releases.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
- Experience owning complex internal tools or platforms end-to-end.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work across multiple domain areas with stakeholder alignment.
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Product development experience in healthcare technology or digital health.
- Basic understanding of healthcare workflows.
