Senior Technical Program Manager, Security

Aledade is seeking a Sr Security TPM to scale trust through security infrastructure, controls, and compliance frameworks in healthcare. The role involves integrating security into engineering practices, managing security program maturity, and shaping AI security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, prioritize, and drive security program maturity
• Assess current security state and build multi-quarter risk reduction roadmaps
• Establish governance, ownership, and metrics for security initiatives
• Translate security requirements into engineering practices and embed security into workflows
• Own compliance surface, translating HIPAA, financial controls, and governance into resilient programs
• Shape AI security frameworks and guardrails for AI risk management
• Drive alignment across security, engineering, compliance, legal, and finance stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years in technical program management at Staff level in security programs
• Deep security domain fluency including frameworks, controls, HIPAA, financial obligations, risk management
• Strong technical judgment to challenge architectural decisions and identify real risks
• Proven track record of transforming security programs and advancing maturity
• Ability to influence stakeholders across senior security, engineering, compliance, and executives
• Outcomes-oriented with focus on risk reduction and program maturity
