Senior Technical Project Manager Cloud Platform

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy, building a full-stack AI cloud platform for developers and enterprises, with a focus on large-scale GPU orchestration, inference optimization, and AI R&D.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate cross-team projects, set and communicate goals and timelines
• initiate and facilitate decision-making and changes, both procedural and technical
• Meet challenging deadlines despite conflicting priorities
• Introduce new processes and make them reproducible
• Align needs and interests of the stakeholders up to C-level

Requirements

• 10+ years as a Technical Project / Program Manager of cross-team projects or Staff Architect working with large teams (20+). Preferably a few years as SWE.
• Strong technical knowledge (SW architecture, infrastructure technologies)
• Analytical mindset and skills; SQL/Python/shell scripting
• Excellent communicator, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of recent advances in hardware (GPUs, CPUs, Networking etc) is a plus
