Senior Workforce Scheduling Analyst

A Customer Care professional at Centene who analyzes and optimizes contact center staffing and scheduling to meet business and customer needs.

Salary: $63,600–$114,600/yr

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review contact center workload to build resourcing and optimize scheduling plans.
• Participate in and lead meetings with stakeholders to analyze staffing plans and performance.
• Work closely with management to understand staffing requirements and create optimized schedules.
• Analyze contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, and productivity.
• Mentor and support workforce scheduling team and other departments.
• Advise on queue strategy impacts on performance metrics and staffing.
• Provide inputs to measure and analyze staff productivity and deliver recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, time off requests, and staffing information.
• Generate reports on contact center effectiveness and efficiency.
• Influence policy and procedure changes for workforce management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience.
• Or equivalent experience reflecting the duties, scope, and skill of the position.
