Short-Form Video Creator (TikTok + Reels)

A short-form video creator role for producing engaging TikTok videos and Instagram Reels for a US brand, paid per completed video, suitable for remote work with experience in social media content creation and remote collaboration.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: Paid per deliverable (per video)

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form videos from brief to final edit (shoot, edit, deliver)
• Create platform-native content: trends, POVs, demos, testimonials, “day-in-the-life,” etc.
• Maintain consistent quality across lighting, sound, framing, and pacing
• Incorporate brand talking points, product features, and messaging accurately
• Deliver content in batches and meet agreed turnaround times
• Participate in quick check-ins and implement feedback efficiently

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of TikTok/IG Reels content (personal, UGC, or brand work)
• Comfortable filming yourself and/or hands-only product-style content
• Reliable editing ability for vertical video (9:16), captions, and sound selection
• Organized workflow and ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar)
